Granted Day writes you one short thing each morning. To do that it needs a little of what you tell it and nothing else. This page says exactly what that is, who touches it, how long it lasts, and how to make all of it disappear.

## Who we are

Granted Day is operated by Hello Radio LLC, 1701 Bassett Ave, Suite 151, El Paso, TX 79901. Questions about anything on this page go to [info@granted.day](mailto:info@granted.day).

## What we collect

All of it comes from you, and all of it is optional except the first two.

- Your first name, so the writing can use it.
- The areas of your life you choose to receive in.
- What you type when we ask what you are hoping for.
- Anything you add later in Advanced, which is a set of questions you can skip.
- Your email address, only if you choose email instead of notifications.
- A push token, only if you allow notifications. It identifies a device, not you.
- Your time zone, so the morning arrives in your morning.
- The entries written for you, and whether you opened them.
- Whether your subscription is live, and when it renews.
- If you build a board, the photos you add to it and the line you write under each. The lines are read when your morning is written; the photos are not. A line you ask to be painted goes to Anthropic, to name what it shows, and to OpenAI, to make the picture.
- If you use Sign in with Apple, the user identifier Apple gives us, so your account can follow you to a new phone. We do not ask Apple for your name or email.

## What we do not collect

- No audio, ever. The app has no microphone and holds no voice recordings. An earlier version briefly had one; nothing was kept.
- No card numbers. Payment happens on Stripe or through Apple's App Store, and we never see them.
- No contacts, files, or location. No photos unless you put them on your board.
- No medical records, and no data from any health app.
- No advertising identifiers, no ad networks, no third-party trackers in the app, and no profile of you sold or rented to anybody.

## What it is used for

Writing and delivering your morning, and painting a board line when you ask. It is not sold, not rented, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train any public AI model. There are no ads in Granted Day and there will not be.

## The one automated check

What you type is checked automatically for language suggesting you may be in danger. If it matches, the app shows you crisis resources and that text is set aside so it is never used to write a morning. That check is the whole of it: no person is alerted, no emergency service is contacted, and nothing is reported to anyone.

## Who else processes it

These companies handle data on our behalf so the product can work. Each is bound to use it only for that.

- **Supabase**, the database and account system, hosted in the United States. Encrypted at rest, with row-level rules so an account can only ever read its own.
- **Anthropic**, whose model Claude writes the morning, and names what a board line shows when you ask for it to be painted. What you shared is sent for those purposes and is not used to train models.
- **OpenAI**, whose model writes the final pass of the morning from the first draft and paints a board line you ask for. What you shared is sent for those purposes and is not used to train models.
- **Stripe**, which handles payment and is the merchant of record for a subscription bought on the web.
- **Resend**, which delivers email if you chose email, and sends us a short internal note (first name and part of your account id) when a subscription starts, fails or ends.
- **Apple** and **Google**, which deliver push notifications to your device. On iPhone and iPad, Apple also takes the subscription payment and is the merchant of record for it.
- **Vercel**, which hosts granted.day.

## The website, separately

granted.day uses Google Analytics to count visits. It sets cookies and records rough location, device and pages viewed. That is the website only; there is no analytics in the app itself. You can refuse it by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing Google's own opt-out extension. The footer also loads Trustpilot's review widget, which may set its own cookies.

## Where it lives

In the United States. Granted Day is offered in the United States only, and we do not transfer your information abroad.

## How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account the profile, the areas, what you typed, the learned notes, every entry written for you, and your board's photos and captions are removed immediately, and encrypted backups holding copies roll off within thirty days. Stripe keeps its own record of payments for as long as tax and financial law requires, which we do not control.

## Deleting everything

In the app: Settings, then Delete everything. It is immediate, permanent, and needs no email from us to approve it. You can also write to [info@granted.day](mailto:info@granted.day) and we will do it for you.

## Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [info@granted.day](mailto:info@granted.day) and we will answer within thirty days. We will never charge you, degrade the product, or treat you differently for asking.

## If you are in California

The categories above are the categories we collect: identifiers, your own written content, photos you add to your board, and commercial information about your subscription. You have the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to a portable copy. **We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising**, and we have not in the preceding twelve months. You may use an authorized agent to make a request.

## Children

Granted Day is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

## Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, accounts are isolated at the database level, and the keys that could read across accounts live only on our servers. No system is perfect. If something happens that affects your information, we will tell you.

## Changes

If this page changes we will move the date at the top, and if the change matters we will tell you before it takes effect.
